The SilverBrick Group, an emerging leader in real estate development, is seeking an energetic, friendly, and organized Leasing Agent for Silverbrick Square located in Springfield, MA.
Summary:
Primary point of contact for prospects and current tenants.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct tours of the facility and units with prospective tenants
- Prepare leasing paperwork and ensure it is completed accurately
- Update internet listings
- Ensure units are movein ready and perform tenant moveins/outs
- Assist with tenant issues
- Have a basic understanding of property management software (AppFolio)
- Assure cleanliness of leasing office and units for showings
- Assert a teamoriented attitude work together with colleagues to solve onsite challenges and maintain a pleasant and supportive working environment
- Report to work clearheaded and in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- At least one year of leasing and/or sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Problemsolving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills
- Proficient in gSuite, AppFolio, and other technology
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Passion for delivering topnotch customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends or different hours during the busy season
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Property leasing: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
