Administrative Assistant with Receptionist Duties

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and taking notes.
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings and reordering supplies
  • Make meeting arrangements, such as booking conference rooms for outside events
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers to the appropriate party
  • Use computer to generate reports, type proposals, letters, contracts and memos, maintain variety of schedules
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:


  • Experience with Administrative and Clerical Duties
  • Excellent Computer Skills, especially typing
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be punctual and reliable.

We offer a competitive pay and benefits package as well as very consistent work and hours. Salary range for this position is $38,000 - $40,000, dependent on abilities.

This is a salary position with the primary working hours being 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday. (Hours may vary by need or situation.)

Pay:
$38, $40,000.00 per year
