    Salary:
    $115,000 - $160,000

    Are you a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with a passion for business development and leading dynamic teams? Our Client is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Industrial Hygiene Office Lead to oversee operations and projects for our Southern California industrial hygiene department.


    Position Overview:


    As the Industrial Hygiene Office Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our industrial hygiene services in Southern California.

    This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. You will be responsible for supervising projects, fostering client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the industrial hygiene department.
    Oversee project execution and ensure high-quality deliverables.
    Develop and implement business strategies to expand our client base and market presence.
    Collaborate with senior management to establish departmental goals and objectives.
    Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
    Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations for new projects.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    Requirements:
    Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is required.
    CAC certifications (Certified Asbestos Consultant) will also be considered.
    Proven experience in business development within the industrial hygiene or environmental consulting industry.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial hygiene or a related field.
    Demonstrated success in client relationship management.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
