    Role Overview:

    As a Slot Technician I, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of all gaming machines and related equipment.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and interpret reports concerning slot equipment performance
    • Prepare and assess slot machines
    • Maintain prompt response to service calls and dispatches
    • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on designated slot machines
    • Relocate and set up slot machines when necessary
    • Identify and address game equipment malfunctions
    • Troubleshoot, monitor meters, and conduct routine maintenance
    • Share relevant information with colleagues and Game Management
    • Proactively seek and offer assistance to guests, coworkers, and supervisors
    • Collaborate with Vendor Technicians
    • Follow Internal Controls (ICs), Company, and Departmental Guidelines
    • Maintain an adequate inventory of parts and supplies
    • Comply with the duties associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
    • Execute other assigned duties and responsibilities

    Requirements for the Position: (ensure eligibility before applying)

    • High School diploma or GED or commitment to complete a GED program within six (6) months of employment
    • Minimum age of twenty-one (21)
    • Previous experience in a casino Gaming or IT department– mandatory
      • OR one (1) year of experience in computers or electronics– mandatory
    • Capable of lifting and moving a minimum of 50 lbs
    • Able to lift at least 150 pounds with a dolly
    • Successful completion of job interview and guest service audition
    • Flexible availability for irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Willingness to travel and engage in recommended training
    • Hold or obtained Occupational License as per Illinois Gaming Act and maintained good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board
    • Comfort working in a smoke/second-hand smoke environment
