Description

Essential Functions:

  • Performing required services for building(s) with approximately 200,000 square feet or greater of characteristics of the buildings to be covered by this Contract.
  • Perform required services for multistoried/multitenant facilities/executive offices
  • Ability to perform schedule and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
  • Ability to read and understand A/E design drawings, shop drawings, etc.
  • Ability to operate and maintain Electrical Systems & Equipment and read electrical schematics
  • Ability to operate and maintain mechanical, plumbing, BAS, HVAC (Boilers, Chillers, AHU's) in commercial buildings.
  • Ability to operate and maintain fire protection and life safety systems and equipment
  • Experience with building automation control systems such as BAS, Niagra Tridium JACE, Public Address, and Computerized Lighting Systems
  • Ability to operate and maintain architectural and structural systems, fixtures and equipment
  • Knowledge of how to conduct Service Request Desk Operation to include NCMMS
  • Maintenance of landscape irrigation systems
  • Knowledge to operate and maintain egress and access systems to include: Locks, keys, keycard system, vehicle barrier system, static and dynamic bollard systems, dock levelers and bumpers, rollup and sliding garage doors.
  • Knowledge to operate and maintain sanitary sewage/ ejector equipment and systems
  • Custodial and Grounds Maintenance Administration

Other Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 Years experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
