We are currently looking for a GROUP LEADER CUSTOMER SERVICE/ NETWORK CONNECTIONS (M/F/D) IN FULL-TIME RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GROUP * first point of contact for our customers regarding technical issues - bundling and processing of customer inquiries to internal departments * cross-media consulting, project planning and calculation of house connections (electricity, gas, water, heat, fiber optic) * interface to external partners in the field of PV, heat pumps, private charging infrastructure * digitization of process flows and mapping in the e-pilot software * customer acquisition and information in the course of network expansion YOUR PROFILE * successfully completed studies in business engineering, supply engineering or with an energy-related background or a comparable education * customer-oriented thinking and technical understanding * agile working methods
