Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Operations Coordinator/Order Processing professional. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing, exceptional customer service, and efficient coordination between sales and production teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage phones and front desk check-in to provide a welcoming experience for visitors and customers.

Maintain and manage allocated accounts, demonstrating proficiency in both email and phone communication.

Accurately enter orders using Pallet Connect and Excel, ensuring timely processing.

Receive orders in Pallet Connect and Excel, maintaining meticulous records.

Generate invoices using QuickBooks and manage bill of ladings efficiently.

Update and maintain customer information in the system, ensuring data accuracy.

Serve as a key liaison between production, customers, and account managers, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Conduct data entry for pricing reviews using Excel.

Coordinate and schedule dock times for customer shipments, optimizing efficiency.

Generate drawings as needed in Best Pallet.

Create and distribute weekly Production Reports to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with and support the outside sales team.

Report sales activities and customer feedback to management.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years) in a similar role.

Strong ability to listen, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, delegation, and time management abilities.

Keen attention to detail, maintaining accuracy in records and workspace organization.

Proficiency in computer usage, including Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks, and order entry software.

Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills.
