    **POSITION SUMMARY**

    We are seeking an experienced shop manager to join our innovative construction team. The shop manager position involves all aspects of parts, purchasing, and managing/dispatching of mechanics.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Assist equipment operators with diagnosis of equipment issues

    Dispatch mechanics as needed

    Purchase all needed parts and supplies

    Maintain shop inventory

    Assist in management of company equipment assets

    Open/close/maintain work orders

    Maintain a safe work environment

    Schedule routine maintenance and service on all construction equipment

    This position is full time and is in Mosinee, Wisconsin.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    Must be at least 18 years old

    Must have a valid drivers license

    Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift and walk for long durations

    Able to communicate effectively

    Ability to listen and take direction

    Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees

    Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and Word
