- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Manage inventory levels and optimize product merchandising to maximize sales
- Analyze store performance metrics and develop action plans to improve results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness to uphold brand standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local community stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Occasional travel as needed for training and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability, preferably in the outdoor industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
