    RAFFLES WEEKLY FOR CURRENT AND NEW EMPLOYEES INCLUDING A NEW CAR/SUV

    Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Full-Time
    Assistant Director of Nursing. 160 bed sub-acute rehab/skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced individual to lead the nursing department. Each of the four units has a RN Nurse Manager in place.


    Position Title:
    AssistantDirector of Nursing Services


    Introduction:


    Our senior leadership team is looking for a Director of Nursing to join the facility bringing his/her proven leadership skills and clinical nursing expertise to generate a forward thinking environment and execute our strategic plan.


    Schedules Available:
    This is a Full Time, Salaried, Exempt position


    Assistant Director of Nursing Duties/Responsibilities:

    Establishes objectives for the nursing department, identifies resources, determines required tasks, prioritizes actions, implements plans, and monitors feedback.

    Analyzes quality metrics and quality measures and develops and implements plans to improve services.

    Ensures all State and Federal legal requirements for care and professional standards are met.


    Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements/Qualifications:

    Current unencumbered Registered Nursing license required.

    Long-term care experience required.

    BSN preferred.


    Must have a working knowledge of the Rules and Regulations governing long term care including, Bundled Payments, VBP, 5-Star Quality Ratings, the SOM, MDS, QMs, Casper reports, Interact, QIS, etc.

    Must have 3-5 years' experience leading a team.
