The Internal Communications Creative Specialist plays a key role in creating and executing internal communications that engage, inspire and empower Bose employees around the world.

In support of the Global Internal Communications Team, the role develops and produces creative, multi-media (graphic design, video, photo, etc.) solutions for all elements of employee communications and in full alignment with Bose's Global Brand Creative team and guidelines.

This individual is a multi-talented professional who will support in the following areas:

Presentations:

Work with team members to distill content and messaging, and craft clear, engaging and impactful slides including animations, graphics, illustrations, typography, and with the ability to push the technical limitations of Microsoft PowerPoint software in order to produce outstanding results.


Intranet:

Partner with the team to create impactful graphics and edit imagery to support employee communications for Bose's global intranet and internal social media platform.

Track, analyze and report on key digital metrics.

Newsletters:

Support the Internal Communications team to design, develop and execute a world-class e-newsletter to actively push editorial content and messaging to employees' mailboxes on a global scale.

Manage distribution. Track, analyze and report on key digital metrics.

Digital Signage:
Support Internal Communications to design, develop and execute engaging content for Bose's digital signage solution.

Internal Marketing Campaigns:

Supports all members of the team to develop, create and execute creative and innovative internal marketing campaigns and collateral to engage the global workforce.

Execution ranges from digital, to print, to physical build

Video:
Plan and edit videos of employees, teams and events using mid-level video equipment.

Master a variety of digital video editing platforms (DaVinci Resolve and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of video, graphic and audio creation tools) to produce video content for a variety of use cases: meetings, events, intranet, internal social media, etc.


Photography:

Masters mid-level photography equipment and postproduction software (Adobe Creative Cloud) to capture and edit engaging stills from key internal events and activations.


Skills and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, film or photography plus 8-10 years of progressively sophisticated content creation experience.
Strong familiarity with current trends, color, and design. Effective oral and written communications skills, including presentations. Ability to work cooperatively and proactively within a team, share ideas, develop effective solutions, and give advice. Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes. Highly organized, works with a sense of urgency and is calm under pressure.
