    Massage and Facial Spa Sales AssociateFull-time and Part-time positions available$11.50 per hour PLUS commission on membership salesWe offer hourly-rate pay with competitive commissions and bonuses.

    The hourly pay with successful membership sales commissions is expected to be $ /hour. There is also the potential for position growth to a lead sales associate position.

    POSITION SUMMARYMeet membership sales goalsCommunicate sales promotions and service options with clientsSchedule/Confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment bookGreet and check-in/out clients before/after their appointmentLearn about our products and services for effective, clear communicationExecute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals, and priorities assigned by managementUphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spaCommunicate the continually changing schedule and operational needs with coworkersCommunicate with both massage therapists and estheticians to maximize the appointment bookComputer data entryPOSITION REQUIREMENTSRetail sales experience with proven results; membership sales is a plusCapability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidaysExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA fast learner with a positive attitude; remain calm in a fast pace environmentAt ease and very comfortable with positively and cheerfully communicating and interacting with clients on a daily basisComputer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer [Point of Sale (POS)] systems is a plusA strong and motivated team player with an ability to work independently under minimal supervisionExceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi-taskingCritical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolutionHave reliable transportation to/from workPREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS2+ years in customer service & retail salesExperience using a POS system.

    Our Sales Associates are our main customer service representatives through both face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients.

    As the liaison between our clients and our certified massage therapists/licensed estheticians, our sales associates schedule all of the service appointments.

    They are a critical link for a busy spa's operationsMost importantly, this position entails selling memberships and educating clients on enhanced services and promoting and selling gift cards to our clients.
