    No experience? No worries We'll train you

    You will be in the truck by yourself - but will have our Dispatcher guiding you over a smart-phone.

    Job Title:
    Driver of Roll-Off Dumpsters, with a smaller, residential-friendly, single-axle truck

    Note:
    You do NOT need a CDL to drive for us We will train.
    If you can drive a large pick-up Truck, then you can drive our trucks.
    Many of our drivers never possessed a CDL before; and they do very well

    Job Description:
    Delivery and pick up yard roll off dumpsters for construction /household debris.
    Terms of Employment: 32-35 hrs per week


    4 week schedule:
    next month Thur/Fri/Sat, etc.).
    Seasonal, Temp/Part-time: This means, expect layoff Dec, Jan and Feb, then return to work in March 1st

    Anticipated Start Date:
    Immediate Positions available

    Licensing/Certification:
    No CDL needed. Requires a Current commercial DOT driver's medical card; if you don't have one, you will need to get one (cost about $80)

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 25 years of age or older, with Clean driving record
    • Professional attitude and neat appearance a must
    • Must be able to speak, read, and write English well enough to represent company in a professional manner, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records
    • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position
    • Some commercial vehicle operation experience preferable
    • Must have good understanding of local area and neighborhoods

    *
    • On-boarding Requires Criminal History Background check; MVR record screening also performed
    Must be able to pass 12-panel drug screening

    Specific Skills:

    Operate and drive lift trucks to transport trash, Tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo, Receive and relay information to central dispatcher, Perform pre and post trip inspections of vehicle.

    Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.

    Additional Skills:
    Professionalism in customer service. Experience in construction industry is an asset.

    Preferred:
    Prefer candidates who have familiarity with smart-phones.
