We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining and repairing our high-tech equipment and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Perform routine checks and maintenance on all equipment, identifying any potential issues and carrying out necessary repairs.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to all service calls and inquiries.
Ensure accurate and efficient supply management, keeping track of inventory and ordering parts and supplies as needed.
Document all service and repair work accurately, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
Collaborate with the wider team, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-tech or industrial environment.
Proven customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Strong supply management skills, with experience in inventory control and order processing.
