Customer Service Representative
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
12 years' experience in Customer Service

Summary/Objective:
Our dynamic and rapidly growing company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. The
right candidate for this position will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any
emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The Customer
Service Representative will have excellent Customer Service Skills with the Ability to provide Gold Standard
Customer Service.

Essential Functions:
The Essential Function include, but are not limited to:

Enter customer purchase orders into ERP system
Process faxed, emailed, EDI, and trade show purchase orders
Answer incoming phone calls
Transfer backorders
Run weekly reports
Process Free Good requests from customers
Cross referencing product to company product
Assist salespeople in the field
Additional tasks as required

Experience and Qualifications:

Excellent Microsoft Office experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Standard office equipment knowledge
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Problem Solving Product Information
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
Detail Oriented
Quick Learner
Ability to type a minimum of 55WPM
Experience in an office environment with multiple team members
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
