In our building services department, we specialize in technical support/operation, building cleaning, outdoor area maintenance, and property management services. We always guarantee our clients the best quality of service.

We are currently seeking a full-time
Maintenance Worker (m/f/d) to join our team at our Sun City West location.

Your responsibilities:

Performing general maintenance tasks
Conducting regular inspections of properties
Communicating with clients and colleagues onsite
Monitoring technical systems
Ensuring safety and security measures are in place
Maintaining green and outdoor areas
Snow removal

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in a trade (m/f/d) or equivalent experience preferred
Interest in managing technical systems
Ideally, experience in maintaining green areas
Independent and meticulous work ethic
Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
Punctual, reliable, and a helpful team player (m/f/d)
Valid driver's license
