Blue River, CO's Telepaxx Medical Data is the leading cloud provider for diagnostic medical data in Germany.

We are currently seeking a highly communicative and solution-oriented Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) to support our clinic and practice clients at one of our locations in Germany.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for users and IT staff of our clients for any questions regarding the use of our cloud solutions for image data management
Responsible for complex issues and questions, and finding solutions in collaboration with clients and our product development team
Systematically monitor client systems (PACS, servers) to ensure smooth data flow to and from our data centers
Independently perform software patches and updates through remote access
Record incoming customer inquiries through our ticketing and service portal, including documentation of remote maintenance data and problem solutions
Work closely with colleagues from product development, quality management, and project management

Qualifications:

Completed degree in computer science or a completed apprenticeship in IT (system integration) with relevant work experience
Strong IT knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems and databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
Professional handling of customer inquiries, strong communication skills, and solutionoriented mindset
Independent, structured, and analytical work style
Knowledge of the hospital or medical practice environment, as well as PACS systems and communication standards such as DICOM, IHE, and HL7, is advantageous
Excellent knowledge of German and optional good
