Registration
Services Support Specialist to join the client-facing Information Technology Services team in our
Chicago office.


What You Will Do

  • Works with the project manager to understand the registration system requirements and tests functionality
  • Use of Systems, Tools, Controls and Applications to fulfill registration services, reporting needs, and financial reconciliation based upon requirements document and scope.
  • Meet and exceed service delivery expectations with clients, attendees, and exhibitors/sponsors
  • Investigates, troubleshoots, and provides system updates for record changes.
  • Participates in planning and debriefing registration meetings, supports procurement of materials to provide onsite registration services
  • Supports procurement of materials to provide onsite registration services
  • Adheres to all compliance, standards, and best practices in use of tools, data, and processes

  • Are able to travel 1520% to provide event technology support

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in a customer servicefacing role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience working within registration systems
  • Ability to effectively work on a team, as well as autonomously
