- Under the direction of the Associate Vice President, the Director leads a team of managers
and supervisors who are responsible for direct service Child Welfare Specialists in foster care,
home based services, licensing and other supportive child welfare personnel. - The Director specifically leads a team that builds relationships,
supports partnerships amongst youth,families communities to ensure safety permanency.
