We are hiring a Regional Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing leadership and support multiple skilled nursing facilities across Missouri.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and clinical support to Directors of Nursing at assigned skilled nursing facilities.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in all locations.
- Monitor and support compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leadership teams to achieve clinical excellence.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and assist facilities with audits, surveys, and operational goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing, budgeting, and facility performance.
- Travel regularly to facilities within the assigned Missouri region.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (or Compact RN license).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in long-term care/skilled nursing.
- Regional or multi-site nursing leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey processes, and clinical operations.
- Ability to travel frequently within Missouri.
- CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
