Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility.

The District Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance with our technician.
• Lead and motivate a team of car wash attendants to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce costs.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase membership sales, and drive revenue growth.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Grow our membership club through selling and training

- cover and train at all 3 locations when needed.

• Main hub will be our Morton location.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the car wash, retail, or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of car wash operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures is a plus.
