$1500 Sign-on Bonus

• Duties and responsibilities:_
• Work from instruction, method and process sheets, setup charts, shop orders, part drawings, and specifications.
• Operate machinery and inspect parts to insure tolerance, squareness, concentricity, parallelism and finish.
• Move materials as necessary in the performance of duties.
• Troubleshoot production problems to include; reading part drawings, adjusting offsets and replacing dull or damaged tooling.
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
• Requirements:_
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire CNC machining experience.
• Seeking experience with Mori Seiki
• Daewoo
• Fuji CNC Lathes.

- "G" code, metric measuring and World Class or Lean Manufacturing.

• Desire ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

with an understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

• Must have knowledge of basic mathematics.
• Seeking experience using precision measuring instruments and
• Desire the ability to solve tooling and setup problems with mínimal

technical supervision.

• Selfmotivated, able to work independently and safely.
• Ability to work overtime during the week and occasional Saturdays.
• Compensation is based on skills and abilities:_
• Pay: $18.00$26.00 per hour
• Schedule:_
• General work schedule: Monday through Friday 6am2pm or 2pm10pm
• Ability to commute/relocate:_
• Racine, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work. (required)
