- Processes all claims submissions on the same business day

- Provides quotes for policy changes within a week unless urgent
- Sends necessary paperwork to banks/lenders promptly
- Schedules in-person client reviews well in advance of renewals
- Ensures high book retention rate
- Maximizes opportunities to build trust with clients and prospects

- Assists clients with policy change inquiries and processes changes accurately
- Addresses coverage-related questions and provides necessary documentation
