Job Summary:

Meneses Law is seeking a Research Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The Research Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decisions.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. If you are passionate about research and enjoy turning data into business strategy, we want to hear from you


Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute market research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather relevant data.
  • Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide actionable insight that support service development and overall business strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes, keeping the company informed about potential opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and maintain databases for market research purposes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Required Skills/ Abilities:


  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data visualization software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.
  • Selfmotivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Statistics, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in market research or related analytical role.

Compensation
Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Education/ Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents.
  • Reasoning Skills:
  • Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
  • Physical Demands:
  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
