What does your training include?

During your training, you will get to know the diverse tasks of a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for insurance and financial investments in the customer service center in Düsseldorf. You will directly apply your theoretical knowledge from vocational school to practice. The training usually lasts three years, but with good performance, you can shorten it by six months. After completing your training, you will be able to take on a responsible position.

You process applications: You will learn how to review and process applications.

Efficient claims settlement: We will teach you how to properly review and process benefit payments.

Friendly and empathetic customer service: From consultation to insurance application and contract to payment of benefits, you will advise our customers by phone or email.
