We are looking for an employee who is empathetic and sensitive and supports our team in the patient admission of our renowned psychosomatic clinic in Eggertsville. In this position, you will be responsible for the care and admission of patients as well as for the organization and coordination of administrative tasks.

Your tasks

Reception and care of patients during clinic admission
Coordination of patient appointments for inpatient stays
Processing of patient data and documents
Close cooperation with other departments and team members to ensure a smooth admission process

Your profile

A completed commercial or medical education is an advantage, but not mandatory
You ideally have experience in administration, hospitality, or the healthcare industry
You have good communication and organizational skills
Your work attitude is characterized by service quality and willingness to perform
You are able to empathize with the needs of patients
You are proficient in using a PC and confident in handling the MS Office package
