This is a remote (work from home) position.


The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern plus 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every other weekend; eligible for late and weekend shift differential pay.

What You Will be Doing

PWG Network Solutions is seeking experience Technical Support Specialists to join our team. Working from the comfort of your home office, in this role you will work with our operations technical support team and be responsible for supporting customer operations, managing customer relationships, and assisting in partner technical support issue resolution.


Responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with sales & operations to support wholesale partner relationships.
  • Managing internal/external resources to identify and quickly resolve partner operational issues.
  • Using available tools and technology to research and proactively problemsolve emerging and evolving partner issues and or questions.

How You Qualify

  • 2+ years of customer technical service/support experience
  • Wireless or telecommunications customer support experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced, fluid environment under deadlines
  • Prompt and effective written and verbal communication
  • Selfmotivated, detailoriented and organized
  • Proficient in Office related programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, both learning and teaching
