As a Staff Accountant at Access Analytix, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounting aspects of our e-commerce and investment activities.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate transactional records, payment and charge reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

We are looking for individuals with the experience or skills to manage high transaction volumes in an e-commerce business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for e-commerce investment transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Reconciliations: Maintain up-to-date reconciliations for purchases and payments with our internal inventory point of sale.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue enhancement.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing financial insights and assisting in the preparation of financial projections.

Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit required financial reports and filings in a timely manner.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, investment, and e-commerce operations, to provide financial expertise and support decision-making.


Who we are looking for:

Experience Requirement: 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in an e-commerce or investment related industry.

Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Urgency and Precision: Sense of urgency coupled with an intrinsic desire to complete tasks with 100% accuracy and efficiency.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

$65,000 - $90,000 per year
