We are Helppy, the innovative care service in Germany, specializing in supporting seniors with daily tasks such as household chores, accompanying them outside the home, providing companionship, and assisting with care

What do we offer?


When you join Helppy, you will be matched with specific seniors in your neighborhood and build a meaningful connection while regularly supporting them.

This connection not only makes your work more fulfilling but also minimizes travel time.


In your work, you will comprehensively care for the well-being and independence of older people at home and support them with everyday tasks.

However, the role does not include nursing tasks or administering medication.

At Helppy, you will start with a salary of 26-39 euros per visit, depending on your qualifications. With more experience, your compensation gradually increases. The compensation consists of an hourly wage of 14-19 euros, with a minimum duration of 1.5 hours per visit.

In addition to the hourly wage, you will also receive a travel cost allowance of 5 euros on weekdays or 10 euros on Sundays and holidays.

We offer part-time jobs with flexibility and no fixed shifts. You can work as much as you want
