Mallory Safety and Supply is hiring for Shop Associate to join our growing ENSA team in Mukwonago, WI

Here is how you will make an impact as a Shop Associate:

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the shop clean and organized by sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and arranging products neatly on shelves.
Stocking and Restocking: Receiving incoming inventory, checking for accuracy, and stocking shelves or storage areas. This may involve lifting and carrying boxes or heavy items.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels, monitoring stock to identify low or outofstock items, and assisting in the inventory ordering process.
Organizing: Keeping the work area clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and storing tools and materials properly.
Maintaining Tools and Equipment: Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition. Reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
Assisting with Deliveries: Unloading delivery trucks, verifying the accuracy of delivered items, and storing them in the appropriate areas.
Operating Equipment: Using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move and transport goods within the shop or warehouse.
Assembling Products: Assisting in the assembly of products or components, following instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors or manuals.
Packaging and Shipping: Packaging products for shipment, preparing shipping labels, and coordinating with shipping carriers for outgoing orders.
Handling Returns and Exchanges: Assisting with returns or exchanges, getting refunds or replacements according to shop policies.
Assisting Technicians: In a workshop setting, helping builders by fetching tools, parts, or materials, and keeping work areas clean and organized.
Basic Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, or upkeep of equipment and tools.
Trailer and Vehicle maintenance: Taking trucks and trailer in for maintenance and maintaining registration.
Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Here is what we are looking for in a Shop Associate:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to keep up in a fastpaced environment with a positive attitude
Proficiency in computer software, including the Microsoft Suite
Proven track record of working in a team environment in a positive and polite manner
ERP experience, preferably with Prophet21 preferred
Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently
Bending, stooping, and twisting consistently
Walking consistently
