Description

As a Bell Person/Van Driver you would be responsible for providing personalized guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, directions, delivering room gifts and mail, guest laundry, valet, etc.

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel van, front drive, surrounding hotel property, and hotel entryway and lobby.

Pay Rate:
$17 per hour

Responsibilities

Be visible and greet guests.
Assist with guest luggage upon check in and check out.
Assist in storing and retrieving guest luggage to/from the storage areas.
Transport guests to and from the hotel and other destinations as required.
Deliver mail, packages, gifts, luggage, drycleaning, etc. to guest rooms as required.
Be alert to guest needs by telephone and/or in person in order to exceed guest expectations.
Provide updated information pertaining to the hotel and local area.

Qualifications

Minimum of (1) year hotel/resort experience preferred.
Must possess satisfactory driving record per company standards.
Must possess a valid driver license and at least (2) years of driving experience.
