About the Role
We're looking to hire a passionate Social Brand Coordinator for Country Crock, the biggest brand in our US portfolio.

Country Crock is an iconic brand with a fantastic growth trajectory built on successful new product launches such as Country Crock Plant Butter.

The brand has a huge opportunity to attract more consumers via social and digital media among the millions of Americans who have grown up using Country Crock as well as millennial and Gen Z families who are just discovering the brand for the first time.


An ideal Social Brand Coordinator has a solid understanding of the role of brands and marketing communication—and is proficient in creative evaluation, content creation, social media management and basic marketing analytics tools.

They are a curious, proactive self-starter, eager to learn and contribute to marketing efforts within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

With a keen eye for details and in accordance to defined strategies and goals, their daily responsibilities will center around two areas - brand content management, and social community management.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Brand Content Management
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to create and manage best in class assets, including but not limited to legal, culinary, innovation, shopper marketing, and sales as well as external agency partners
  • Spearhead management of all brand assets across every consumer touchpoint
  • Oversee content and asset creation for social, both creating social content on your own and working with our agency end to end to spark engagement on social media platforms
  • Oversee organic editorial calendars and publish content on owned channels
  • Work alongside our Brand Managers and production agencies to facilitate efficient social content execution
  • Execute media trafficking for all paid media campaigns
  • Participate in marketing brainstorms and provide recommendations for social integration
  • Own all social media reporting on a regular basis, making sure that important takeaways, optimizations, and insights get shared back to the brand leads for action
  • Keep a finger on the pulse with all things social Whether it's following inspiring food accounts or making sure we are on top of realtime social trends, our Social Brand Coordinator will proactively pursue new opportunities and optimization ideas to make sure Country Crock is staying top of mind and on top of what's trending across social media.
  • Provide general marketing support

Social Community Management

  • Manage social communities as the voice of the Country Crock brand across owned social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
  • Field consumer inquiries from our customer service agency as the voice of the Country Crock brand
  • Proactively identify community management opportunities to insert our brands into relevant and trending conversations on social media

About you

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 23 years of relevant social or marketing experience
  • Insatiable appetite for food content and comfort creating your own
  • Proven understanding social first content on mobile devices
  • Stellar writing and communication skills
  • Passion for marketing communication and ability to identify and develop strong creative
  • Painstaking attention to detail and project management
  • Collaborative and positive attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and think creatively about solving problems
  • Clear comprehension of social best practices and finger on the pulse of what's trending
  • Knowledge of social listening tools is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Travel less than 25%
