Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision
• Listen to Lead Technician
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Utilize a CRM (Customer Relationship Managment Tool) to track jobs, and schedules

Experience:

• No needed experience. Willingness to learn
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients

As a Technician Team Member, you will play a crucial role in servicing peoples homes, providing exceptional customer service, and being a Leader within a up and coming Business.
