- Develop the vision and strategy for your products and clearly articulate the business value to the organization and product team
- Collaborate with software engineering, quality assurance, devops, and client service teams and lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain the roadmap and execute innovative ideas
- Collaborate with other workstreams and UI/UX to ensure effective prioritization of design tasks specific to BSV products
- Manage the release process by defining what the team will deliver, the implementation timeline, and dependencies
- Administer Aha, ClearStar's product management software platform of choice
- Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to the product
- Collaborate with a dedicated business analyst
- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally to deliver product with well-defined pricing, marketing, sales and enablement strategies
- Assume responsibility and accountability for the success of the product throughout its lifecycle, using strong influencing skills to orchestrate different functional teams across the organization (e.g. sales, marketing, operations)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 7+ years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, and/or user researcher
- Understanding of techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Rigorous, data-driven, and experimental mindset, preferring evidence over intuition for decision-making from discovery and delivery
- Solution orientation to address hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, laying out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative format
- Talent to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing, etc.

What You Will Get
The salary range for the Senior Product Manager role is commensurate with a mid-career product manager. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for excellent benefits which includes paid healthcare and life insurance premiums, low-cost dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, 401K matching up to 4%, quarterly and annual bonuses, flexible time off, 8 company paid holidays, and 2 additional days of paid time off for volunteer activities.
This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
