Job Overview:

We utilize a patient communication platform that is online/cloud based, and require you to use this to help facilitate patient care.

You would also be available to help manage patients during their Spravato treatments.


Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule patient appointments and followups
• Maintain electronic medical records
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times

Skills:

• Experience working in a medical or dental office setting
• Proficiency in using medical software systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- responding to patient portal messages on time
- assigning the message to the appropriate clinician
- gathering information from potential patients/clients, either via calling them or through the messaging system
- coordinating medication deliveries with a local pharmacy
- taking blood pressures of patients when undergoing Spravato
