- Input and provide purchase order information to vendors and fleet mechanics.
- Maintain data in the fleet software consistent with policies and procedures.
- Provide information to corporate fleet personnel when necessary.
- Track transferred units, mileage, fuel, parts, etc.
- Maintain transportation billing for Hiland internal transportation.
- Maintain database for refrigeration equipment.
- Provide information and paperwork for the shipping and receiving of refrigeration equipment.
- Order and maintain all fuel inventories.
- Schedule Heavy Highway Vehicles and Maintenance, responsible for all tags and registrations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) with anyone they come in contact with during the course of their workday.
- Intermediate Excel user.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
- Minimum age: 18
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or Two years of related experience and training.
- Will be required to sit and stand for long periods of time. Will be required to lift and move large amounts of paperwork (boxes of files).
- Will be required to stoop, bend, and reach above the head and below the knees to file and retrieve data.
- Must be able to work in both very hot (more than 100 degrees) and very cold (less than 20 degrees below zero) and in a very wet and humid environment for extended periods of time. Exposed to noise/vibration, and chemicals.
