D YOUR TASKS:

Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems under your care
Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building technology systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
Conducting control rounds and inspections
Proactive repairs and maintenance
Digital documentation of completed tasks using mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)

YOUR PROFILE:

Technical training, e.g. as a heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing technician, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, central heating and ventilation builder, gas and water installer, or equivalent qualification as a career changer
Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
