Caregiver for Consultation Assignments (m/f/d) at Fox Chase

Your Role:

As a caregiver for consultation according to § 37.3 SGB XI at Fox Chase, you will visit recipients of nursing care benefits at their homes and assess their care situation. Through your professional advice and practical tips, you will strengthen the quality of home care. You will also be a competent point of contact for questions from care recipients and their caregivers, and you will review the provision of care. You will conduct your consultations through home visits or video calls.

Your Profile:

You are a certified caregiver (m/f/d) and have ideally gained professional experience in home care.
You enjoy traveling in your region and have a valid driver's license (Class B).
You are empathetic and reliable in your approach and know how to put the clients and their needs at the center of your conversations.
You are familiar with digital applications.
You are looking for meaningful work with social relevance.
