    We are hiring a Fiscal Technical Senior for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

    Job Description:

    • Performs electronic scanning of checks; investigates and corrects bank dishonored checks;
    • Supports cash receipts processing; assists with preparing, verifying, and updating annual assets information;
    • Analyzes central account spending, establishes holding orders and processes payments accurately;
    • Analyzes federal program spending in NJCFS as compared to federal reporting system entries to confirm accuracy and consistency;
    • Keys and approves NJCFS transactions.
    • Assists with the coordinating and administering salary cost allocations;
    • Analyzes salary of shared staff to prepare cost projections needed for budget preparation.
    • Excellent organizational and professional communication skills and consistency in work performance.
    • Ability to establish effective working relationships.
    • Provides general workload support with various tasks and clerical backfill to the DCA Fiscal Services department.

    Skills required:

    • Proficient in Excel.
    • Business Objects, Microsoft Office, NJCFS, various State
    • PC, Scanners, Copier, Printer, Calculators

    Experience required:

    • Office procedures, accounting records, keyboarding, etc.

    Work hours:

    • Mon -Fri 8:30 am 4:30 pm
    • Lunch period- 12:00 pm 1:00 pm (1 hour)
