Senior level consultant experienced in healthcare and data exchange.


Designs and develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and demonstrate value of data exchange via the NJ Health Information Network (NJHIN).

Develops high-level executive briefings and dashboards.


Participates in formal and informal requirements elicitation sessions with senior level and other stakeholders, including workshops, focus groups, and interviews for NJHIN and Master Person Index (MPI) initiatives.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Works well with IT and functional areas.

Meets with stakeholders to analyze and document existing business processes and technical issues and recommend business improvement opportunities.

Identify, document and share repeatable process improvement opportunities for NJHIN programs and in support of the statewide roll out of Master Person Index.


Creates and maintains data analytics for NJHIN and other data sets based on salesforce and amazon data lake data sets using python scripting and other scripting languages as well as tableau data analytics tools.


Under the supervision of the NJHIN Director, develops and maintains public outreach material for the NJHIN website via graphs, charts, spreadsheets, as well as private materials for use in meetings with onboarding and communicating with clients including hospitals and long term care facilities.


Uses formal project management documentation and technical tools such as Microsoft Foundation Server and performs quality assurance and testing of for the MPI.

Provides problem anticipation and problem-solving ability.

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress for NJHIN and MPI initiatives.

Ensures that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. Identify and track issues, risks and action items and ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner.


RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
8 to 11 years


PREFERRED EDUCATION:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study or advanced degree
