The Customer Success Executive will be the voice of Way+, communicating with members via calls, emails and chats to resolve their concerns and help them get the most value out of their membership.Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound communications through calls and emails.
- Act as the first line of support for Way+ members.
- Aid in generating weekly and monthly reports on customer satisfaction.
