Job summary

The Customer Success Executive will be the voice of Way+, communicating with members via calls, emails and chats to resolve their concerns and help them get the most value out of their membership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound communications through calls and emails.
  • Act as the first line of support for Way+ members.
  • Aid in generating weekly and monthly reports on customer satisfaction.
