- Provide strategic legal advice on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Co-lead negotiations and drafting of transactional documents, ensuring the protection of our firm's interests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that mitigate legal risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other advisors to support our firm's objectives.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in any state.
- 7+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on private equity and financial services law.
- Strong knowledge of investment regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
