Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing the company's financial performance
  • Preparing regular financial reports and annual statements
  • Assisting in the creation of budgets and forecasts
  • Identifying potential for optimization and cost reduction
  • Supporting management in strategic decisionmaking through thorough financial analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies in the financial department
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a similar qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in financial controlling or a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of finance and accounting, as well as business processes
  • Proficient in using common controlling tools and IT systems (e.g. SAP, Excel)
  • Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and a strong understanding of economic relationships
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and initiative
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
