Here, acute requirements are analyzed, systematically developed and specified, and then implemented in a planned and transparent manner.

  • Planning, leading, and implementing IT projects according to the applicable project management guidelines
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress and budget, as well as establishing and maintaining good communication and target group-oriented stakeholder management
  • Identification, evaluation, and consolidation of customer requirements and management of their implementation through the Design and Development department
  • Methodical leadership, guidance, and motivation of internal and external project team members
  • Technological and methodological consulting and support in the creation of project results and the secure and sustainable transfer of results into operational use
