- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic techniques
