Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans
Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities preferred
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic techniques
