Our client is a highly established and large real estate company located in Berlin, Germany. The company has a diverse portfolio, including rental apartments, apartment rentals, property management, and commercial real estate.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of strategies for acquiring and obtaining land, creating projectspecific profitability calculations, and negotiating purchase contracts
Evaluate real estate offers and proactively identify and review suitable land, existing properties, and project developments
Review the development and usage possibilities of potential acquisition objects in terms of urban planning, planning, and building law, and create demandoriented development and usage concepts
Conduct market, location, and potential analyses, including creating and managing risk assessments
Create job descriptions for internal and external project participants and coordinate due diligence (valuation; technical, legal, and tax due diligence)

Qualifications:

Successfully completed (technical) university degree in urban planning, geography, architecture, or real estate economics, or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in real estate acquisition and/or project development in a project management role
Regional market knowledge and contacts with market participants
Experience dealing with authorities and offices; solid experience with building law and participation procedures is desirable
Teamwork combined with a responsible, conscientious, and resultsoriented work style, as well as negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel (within Germany) and ideally with a Class B driver's license
