Right now, we're working with a respected company in Fresno to fill the role of an Accounts Payable Lead. Here are the specifics:

    This role involves managing accounts payable functions and procedures for the organization. Experience in supervising and leading teams is highly valued.

    Details:

    Pay Range: $28-34 per hour | North Fresno Area | Full-Time Position

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
    • Handle vendor inquiries and reconcile statements
    • Monitor open receipts and unmatched invoices
    • Maintain accounts payable files and adhere to company policies
    • Manage short-term projects based on business needs

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
    • 3+ years of accounts payable experience in the construction industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable management role

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • High School Diploma required

    Job Type: Full-time

    Compensation: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
