For activities in a renowned company in Hamburg, we are currently looking for an operational purchaser (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks as an operational purchaser (m/f/d) include:

  • Operational procurement of materials for the spare parts product area
  • Responsible for operational procurement processes
  • Independent execution of procurement activities, such as obtaining, evaluating and renegotiating offers, placing orders, monitoring deadlines
  • Reporting and tracking of orders, clarification of deviations
  • Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Master data maintenance, statistics and evaluations
  • Participation in supplier development
  • Support of strategic purchasers

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial training
  • Ideally further education, e.g. specialist purchasing, materials management or similar
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
  • Experience with technical purchasing processes
  • Proficient in using MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP)
  • Good technical understanding
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of service and customer orientation
