- Provide clerical and administrative support to the DIO and Regional Director, including typing correspondence, project management, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for medical students and residents, collaborating with other departments administering training curriculum.
- Maintain regional resident policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ACGME standards.
- Review and process resident and faculty expenses, monitor physician contract renewals, and manage affiliation agreements with medical schools/universities.
- Assist with applications for clerkships, track meal stipend allowances, and process payroll bi-weekly.
- Plan and host various events throughout the academic year.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor, if needed.

Position Summary:
The Academic Administrator plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations of regional undergraduate and graduate medical education activities in the Regional Academic Affairs Office. Working closely with various stakeholders, the Academic Administrator ensures compliance with educational accreditations, facilitates the placement of medical students and PA students in graduate medical education programs within the Toledo market.

2 years in medical education or administrative role
