- Build campaigns from the ground up, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and ad copy generation
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search marketing to ensure that campaigns remain competitive and aligned with the latest developments
- Test and optimize automation settings, bids, keywords, text ads, ad extensions, product feeds, and landing pages to improve performance
- Occasional Travel
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline or commensurate experience
- 4+ years of experience in paid search, preferably ecommerce or performance/direct response
- Understanding of Google paid search algorithm, ranking, and updates/changes in processes
- Experience managing Product Listing Ads (PLA)
- Experience with analytics platforms
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel
- The ability to analyze large datasets to gain insights and make confident recommendations
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and course correction
- Ability to effectively work together with stakeholders of varying skill sets across all levels
- A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges, and a self-starting mentality
- Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks

We are looking for a Paid Search Marketing Manager to improve search engine traffic across our site portfolio with an analytical, data-driven approach.
This Paid Search Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. The goal of this role is to drive business growth through effective management and optimization of paid search campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic thinking to achieve measurable results.
This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a salary up to $150K, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
